When you consume our chicken, you are not only eating delicious pastured protein. You are eating chicken that has spent its life consuming the same medicinal herbs prescribed by nutritionists as supplements for optimal health:

These birds will be between 4-8lbs dressed weight at $5.79 per pound. 

Please choose the number of birds you would like to pre-order! Most people fill their freezer for the year with between 10-30 birds!

This year you can also special request your whole birds parted out into breasts, legs and wings at $6.89 per pound of the full birds weight. 

We require a $14.99 per bird deposit and will ask for the remainder at pick-up once your birds are weighed and your total is calculated.

Half Pork - What to expect (x 2 for a full pork)

• Pricing is $3.99/lb x pork hanging weight (average weight of 110 lbs)
  
• Average Total Price: $438.90. We require a non-refundable deposit of $247 and will tell you for the balance once the butcher gives us the exact hanging weight. The fees for cutting and wrapping are not included in our per pound pricing and will be calculated prior to pick-up or delivery.
• Because we work with a quality custom butcher, you choose your cuts! For example, if you'd prefer more ground pork and less roasts, etc., just ask for these cuts to be ground instead. 
• A half pork would nearly fill the freezer portion of an average fridge freezer.
  

Our price is based off hanging weight which refers to the weight after dressing (removing skin, organs, etc.).

What you take home depends on:

• moisture lost during dry aging
• if you take organs and bones
• if you get sausages with beefadded
• if you ask for cuts to be deboned
  

Our half pork is roughly 110 lbs. hanging weight (or 220 pounds for a full pork).

Quarter Beef - What to expect (x 2 for 1/2 Beef)

• Pricing is $7.99/lb x beef hanging weight (average weight of 150 lbs - 160 lbs)
  
• Average Total Price: $1198.50 - $1278.40. We require a non-refundable deposit of $799 and will invoice you for the remaining balance once the hanging weight is known. The fees for cutting and wrapping are not included in our per-pound pricing and will be calculated before pick-up or delivery.
• For your freezer: 150 - 160 lbs (25 lbs steaks, 45 lbs roasts, 8 lbs stew meat, ~55 lbs ground, 15 lbs short ribs , and 10 lbs brisket) plus marrow bones and organ meats. However, this list is only a guide!
• Because we work with a quality custom butcher, you choose your cuts! For example, if you'd prefer more ground beef and less roasts, stew meat, etc., just ask for these cuts to be ground instead. 
• A quarter beef would take up approximately 1/3 of an average chest freezer.
